The exclusive and unique computer-controlled hydraulic adjustment system for the impact aprons (and third crushing path) allows for quick gap adjustments, optimum control over the product size, smoother crusher operation, tramp iron protection, reduced downtime and reduced operating costs. In our technically advanced HAZtronic system, the impactor performance can be optimized with recipes or pre-programmed apron settings, which further enhance the quality and consistency of the product. The HAZtronic system also allows you to optimize the correct apron settings with the varying material characteristics within the quarry. When fitted with either system, HAZEMAG impactors achieve a level of performance and economical operation that remains second to none. You are in control – producing the products you sell the most!
OPERATION, ADJUSTMENT AND CONTROL
With simplicity and function in mind, optimizing the performance of impact crushers are enhanced by a touch screen control panel. Opening the impactor housing and adjusting the impact aprons is performed at the touch of a button. This system also monitors and visually displays the apron positions, bearing temperatures, hydraulic fluid temperatures and hydraulic fluid levels.
The HAZtronic Off-site Support Technology (HOST) System offers a level of support that can save our customers time and money when HAZtronic support is needed. This system allows HAZEMAG technicians to remotely access the Program Logic Controller. (PLC) inside the HAZtronic cabinet, allowing them to analyze its recorded data (e.g., temperatures, positions, alarm histories, etc.), and diagnose performance issues without the need for an on-site service visit.
The HOST System connects directly to the PLC in the HAZtronic cabinet. The module transmits information to a HAZEMAG automations technician facilitated by an annual cellular service subscription purchased through HAZEMAG. If a situation arises where a HAZEMAG technician needs to access the HAZtronic unit, the HOST System must first be activated. This permission is granted by the customer, and can only be done by turning the “on/off” selector, which is located on the inside cabinet door to the “on” position.
Immediately after turning on the HOST System, a HAZEMAG automations technician must be notified so they can log into a secure website and establish a secure connection with the HOST System module. Using a fully secure VPN tunnel, the HAZEMAG technician has the same access to the PLC that they would have if they were onsite with the machine.
The HAZEMAG technician is able to access the HAZtronic PLC program in order to monitor its program function, check the status of machine operations, (e.g., alarm histories), and assess any issues that may be occurring. The HAZEMAG technician will also have the ability to remotely update any PLC program , as may be required. After the HAZEMAG technician is finished with the support process, the customer will be advised that the service has been completed and that the accessibility that was granted can now be disconnected to the “off” position.
Included with this equipment is a one: (1) year subscription and waived activation fee of the HOST (HAZtronic Off-Site Support Technology) system and service. This is a cellular connection to your HAZtronic System which will enable rapid, remote connection by the HAZEMAG Service Team to provide off-site Support.
