HCF Chain Feeder
HCF Chain Feeder

The HAZEMAG HCF Chain Feeder are used for feed hopper discharging in primary crushing plants as a loading or discharging conveyor e.g. in the cement and raw material industry. Conveying capacities of up to 2500 t / h with piece sizes of 2.7m3 are possible.

Ideally-suited to use on stockpiles and transshipment sites for the conveyance of bulk goods, especially coarse ores and cohesive materials in mining and mineral processing.

  • Scraper flights connected to two or more round-link chains, are drawn over a rigid conveying surface in the upper section.
  • Frequency-controlled electric motor drive with spur gear.
  • Monitoring of chain tensioning, chain and flight bar breakage.

  • Integrated spillage conveyor for removal of fine or sticky materials that may form on pans
